    What currency are the prices shown in?

    All prices on our site are listed in USD.

    I just placed an order — when will it ship?

    Our typical delivery timeframe is approximately 14 business days for free shipping, and 3–5 business days for expedited shipping (additional charges apply).

    Can I return my order if I am not happy with it?

    Yes. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from receiving your item to send it back for a full refund. Return shipping is at your own expense; once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.

    Please note: if your package is still on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before a refund can be issued.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Absolutely — with no penalty! You just need to cancel before your order ships. If the item has already been sent, simply use our easy return system to get a full refund.

    I entered an incorrect address — what do I do now?

    If you misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the correct details. If the address is wrong, we can update it to the correct one within 24 hours of your order. No refund will be given after 24 hours from an incorrect submission.
